Cue is one of San Diego’s foremost biotech companies, designing and manufacturing revolutionary devices for tracking personal health information. The tenant improvement included perimeter planting and a central outdoor amenity space complete with meeting spaces and an outdoor kitchen.

McCullough designed the landscape to form a “blended - juxtaposition” through rhythm and dynamic layering of contrasting forms - pairing the formal style with a structured design with the chaotic beauty of native plants and planting arrangements found in the surrounding canyons and mesas.
