PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Designer residences with styled interiors and incredible bay views and prime amenities on multiple levels of the building. The homes at 1810 State have been tailored for modern living, with bespoke designs that feature fresh looks, polished finishes, culinary-inspired kitchens and lavish baths. Each has a unique floor plan that has been curated to maximize living space as well as views of the San Diego skyline and bay. The exterior amenities start on the ground level with communal spaces that spill out onto the vibrant streets of the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego. The second level is a promenade like space that caters to social engagement. On the 6th level, a spa with city views and comfortable R&R seat spaces. On the 8th level is a deck attached to a covered outdoor kitchen, a fire feature and social gathering space. McCullough, inspired by the hillsides of Italy, designed a sophisticated spin on Italian living, modern yet socially oriented spaces with lively, yet comfortable conveniences.
