PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The repositioning of an aging commercial office property in the Columbia District of downtown San Diego, included an under utilized block wide plaza adjacent to the historically renowned Sant Fe train depot. Enhancements included a new detached plaza cafe structure, updated landscape, lighting, furniture, and paving, with the primary goal of activating a plaza open space at a prominent downtown local.
