PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The facility, located at 5820 Nancy Ridge Drive, was built with environmental and green features in mind to reduce the Company’s carbon footprint. The 34,000 square foot building features recycled materials, drought-tolerant landscape, and a reclaimed water irrigation system which will lower the water consumption and create an environment prepared to thrive in Southern California’s current drought conditions.
OncoSec wanted their west coast property to be the complete California experience. McCullough drew from their intimate understanding of which site features would contribute to this goal. Cafe tables are scattered under a grove of Palo Verde trees, a central courtyard with citrus trees, a BBQ and communal table complete the experience.
