This affordable housing development in downtown Lemon Grove, California offers a much needed multi-family housing opportunity to the workforce sector just 20 minutes out of downtown San Diego. McCullough worked the CityMark development and the design team to create an equitable place to live with outdoor rooftop amenity space, and corner plaza and a potential future outdoor retail café space.
