Le Parc is a collaborative effort by two of San Diego’s rising creatives in the architect/builder format. Dominique Houriet (oo-d-a) & Christian Dimeling (Von Dimeling Studio) came together on this one, which is without doubt at another level for the City of San Diego. These two pushed the envelope with this masonry, concrete, glass & steel 7-story residential tower. McCullough assisted the site/landscape effort from concept to completion, however, all credit for creative inspiration, sweat equity, and even labor on this one goes to Dominique and Christian.
