PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This corporate campus in San Diego’s tech center was an outdated series of buildings in a sea of parking. Bixby Land Company saw an opportunity and McCullough was brought in help realize the potential of the site. The buildings were opened up with new glazing, doors, and patios. The landscape was modernized, spaces made functional (beyond parking and aesthetics), and drought tolerant plant materials were selected. The current site includes outdoor dinning areas, conference rooms, and a bicycle storage / workshop located in a converted shipping container.
