PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A small part of larger ground up biotech facility in the Sorrento Mesa neighborhood of San Diego. This midrise building offers an amenity space on the 5th floor of the tower. The seamless, indoor/outdoor environment starts with the interior (designed by PGAL) with a bar/kitchen, community rooms, a health and fitness room, and gaming rooms, then to the exterior space (a collaboration between McCullough and PGAL), where a true connection to nature occurs, specimen shade trees, fire pits, an outdoor fitness deck, and social gathering spaces complete the vision.
