PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Genesis was the first market rate for sale property addition to a larger mixed- use community called Millenia in southern San Diego County. The project was broken out into four phases, the last and final phase is currently under construction but since, McCullough has been engaged in all of Meridian

Community projects including Pinnacle, within proximity to Genesis and another under development which is planned for the downtown area of the City of Poway in northern San Diego County. Additionally, McCullough recently completed two affordable housing components in the Millenia neighborhood, one senior and the other family housing. The overall goal of the Millenia community is to create a transit oriented, urban in nature, pedestrian oriented community in proximity to our international border. McCullough’s role as landscape architect for this, and adjacent properties is to cater to a user base that expects connectivity, social interaction, and a generally more responsible lifestyle.
