Mark Ross joins McCullough Landscape Architecture with over a decade of experience in finance and accounting. Throughout his career, he has supported large-scale financial operations, improved billing and reporting processes, and partnered across departments to bring structure and clarity to complex systems. He is especially passionate about building efficient processes and creating financial transparency that helps teams do their best work.

Mark earned his MBA from California State University, Chico, where he strengthened his strategic and analytical approach to business. He takes pride in being detail-oriented, collaborative, and solutions-driven, while also bringing a calm and steady presence to fast-paced environments.

Mark is originally from the Bay Area and is excited to grow his career in the San Diego region.

A little-known fact about Mark is he is an avid runner who has run seven half marathons and is training for his first ever full marathon. He loves setting big goals and challenging himself, whether professionally or personally.
