MOLLY MCCULLOUGH
Marketing Assistant
Molly joined McCullough with a background in education. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. After graduating and receiving her California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, Molly returned home to San Diego, where she began her career as a substitute teacher before accepting a position as a Transitional Kindergarten teacher at a Waldorf-inspired charter school.
After completing the school year, Molly decided to make a career pivot and join the family business in a marketing role. Having grown up surrounded by design, she is excited to experience the industry from a new perspective. She looks forward to expanding her technical skills while gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing, graphic design, and visual communications.
Since moving back to San Diego in 2024, Molly has been on a journey to discover her artistic voice through creative expression. In her free time, you'll likely find her immersed in her latest project, whether that's painting, building furniture, sewing, or exploring a new creative medium.
A fun fact is that one of her favorite projects so far has been painting two electrical boxes in San Diego's North Park neighborhood.
