PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Orchid is one of few micro-housing developments for San Diego by the up and coming builder, Ben Longwell. Ben started his career working for another San Diego developer where he helped build Exotic Gardens, a luxury apartment complex on El Cajon Boulevard in North Park. For Orchid, Ben paired up with a notable local architect, James Brown of Public Architecture. Jim is known for his attention to detail in his works. Ben, a detail focus builder, demands attention on the details. McCullough added consideration to the site and landscape for what is now a perfect pairing of building and site at a human level.
