PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

Sapphire is a for sale infill multi-family development in close proximity to the ocean in the Pacific Beach community of San Diego. Small spaces and gardens with little sun exposure occupy most of the site. This, in addition to the coastal salt air, made a rugged plant palette important. Also creative and intimate use of space was key. Patio spaces included water features, outdoor kitchens, and each unit with a roof deck containing a hot tub, fire pit, and solar panels are all part of what made this development unique.
