PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This historic property, originally built in the 1950’s by master architect Lloyd Ruocco has since been restored and kept largely intact by the current owner. The McCullough office now calls this property home for one of their three locations across California. The McCullough team have grown close to the new owners and quite found of the works of Lloyd Ruocco, and they are now working with the owners to assist in renovation efforts for the property. In collaboration with another local landscape architect (Todd Pitman), McCullough, and the owners are slowly working on property updates, art installations, and adjacent street improvements to generally help enhance and improve the value of this historic site and the overall surrounding neighborhood.
