PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

A market rate rental housing project and penthouse level home by and for a local architect/builder (Lloyd Russell) and his wife (Ame Parsley). McCullough was brought in to assist in the curation of a uniquely Southern California plant palette. David worked closely with the husband/wife team to help execute their site goals and to assist through construction of many of the landscape specifics. The outcome is a development that stands out in the Bankers Hill community of San Diego as unique yet approachable and comfortable.
