Welcome to the team, Molly!

McCullough is excited to welcome Molly to the team as our new Marketing Assistant.

Molly joins us after a career pivot into the family business, bringing a fresh perspective to the industry after growing up surrounded by design. She's looking forward to expanding her technical skills while gaining hands-on experience in social media marketing, graphic design, and visual communications.

Since moving back to San Diego in 2024, Molly has been on a journey to discover her artistic voice through creative expression. In her free time, you'll likely find her immersed in her latest project, whether that's painting, building furniture, sewing, or exploring a new creative medium. One of her favorite projects so far? Painting two electrical boxes in San Diego's North Park neighborhood.
